The Washington, DC offices of Fort Berthold Development Corporation (FBDC) are primary contractors providing quality construction services. With offices located in Germantown, MD (just outside of the District of Columbia), FBDC is positioned to provide expert project site management, general contracting and subcontracting services to organizations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and extended territories.

Fort Berthold Development Corporation is headquartered in New Town, ND on the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation. The Fort Berthold Indian Reservation consists of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nations and are known as the Three Affiliated Tribes. FBDC was founded by the Three Affiliated Tribes when they identified contracting opportunities in the construction industry on the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation.

Since its beginnings, FBDC has established a firm foundation in the construction industry on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in the Upper Mid West, as well as in the Washington/Virginia Metroplex area. FBDC has expanded beyond the reservation with projects that include but are not limited to:
