Brief Description of Smithsonian Skylight Refurbishment: In June of 2002, the Fort Berthold Development Corporation was awarded our first DO from our TOCC contract. The project entailed removal and replacement of the roof substrate, fasteners, and waterproofed the existing gutters. The facility was occupied by staff and visitors while construction was under way. While construction was progressing FBDC had to protect the facility, employees, and visitors. The protection resulted in scheduling around the facility which FBDC and our subcontractors performed without any down time for the facility or construction.
